Oolong Tea - Mộc Châu Highland

The high-altitude tea gardens of Mộc Châu in northwestern Vietnam provide an ideal environment for cultivating premium oolong tea. At elevations above 1,000 meters, the cool climate and morning mists slow the growth of tea leaves, allowing them to develop complex flavor compounds rarely found in lowland teas.

This semi-oxidized oolong is processed using traditional techniques that require exceptional skill and timing. The leaves are partially oxidized and then halted at precisely the right moment to preserve a balance between green and black tea characteristics. The resulting tea offers a sophisticated flavor profile with orchid-like floral notes, a creamy texture, and a lingering sweet aftertaste.
