Peaberry beans are a natural mutation occurring in approximately 5% of coffee cherries, where a single rounded bean develops instead of the typical two flat-sided beans. This rarity makes peaberry highly prized among coffee connoisseurs. The uniform shape allows for more even roasting, resulting in exceptional flavor concentration and balance.

Our peaberry selection comes from the finest Vietnamese coffee regions, hand-sorted to ensure only perfectly formed beans make the cut. Medium roasting brings out bright, wine-like acidity with pronounced fruity notes and a crisp, clean finish.
